Join Sabrina for a fun and invigorating 75 min flow class built on a series of postures connecting breath and movement.  Each class is energetic and dynamic in its own way, designed with different focus to develop strength, flexibility and core.  Leave each session feeling refreshed and energized! All levels (even beginners) are welcomed!

Well-balanced 75 min session. Get focused and connected to your body, breath and mind with sun salutations, core work, balancing, strengthening poses while busting stress and tension. Classes are sequenced and taught in ways that will take you into your best practice (without pressure). This class is a fun, inspiring way to start your day with a healthy glow. All levels (even beginners) are welcomed!

10:30am Fridays Restorative Yoga w/ LUANA

rest, heal & rejuvenate

Reduce stress and body tension in this 75 min nourishing weekly session. Practice with the support of yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters, chairs and rest passively and comfortably in poses. Allow your body to release tension while bliss out to soothing music. Class finishes with pranayama (specific breathing techniques) and a short guided meditation before savasana (final rest). All levels (even beginners) are welcomed!  

10:00am Saturdays Restorative w/ Daphnee


full body rejuvenation

Connect to good energy with this mood-lifting yoga flow, a full-body rejuvenation. This class includes standing, sitting, and twisting poses to melt tension out of your muscles. This morning restorative yoga flow 75min is a great way to unwind, stretch and rejuvenate the body and mind. Daphnee will guide you through a sequence of deep stretches, free-flowing poses and breath work aimed at enhancing flexibility, relieving any tension or stress and relaxing the mind. This slow sequence contains deep, expansive stretches to relax your body, realign your mind, and reconnect you to the present moment. All levels (even beginners) are welcomed!

3:00pm Sacred Sunday Restorative Sound Journey w/ Daphnee

deep conscious rest

Peace is not something you can achieve or have to fight for, it is a state of being, present in all of us. It is a state in which we are comfortable with whatever is there. We create an environment with 75min where you can relax and surrender. Using the universal language of sound from the Tibetan Singing bowl soothing the mind. With restorative postures that fully supports the body, the body can dive into deep conscious rest. By supporting the physical layers of our body with the help of yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, and block an environment is created in which the body can restore and heal itself. Through this comfort allowing the mental and emotional layers to unwind and to come into a place of stillness and inner peace and surrender. When body and mind are relaxed, the opening of the heart will often spontaneously follow to help us to see the Light and Love that is in us. All levels (even beginners) are welcomed!
