8:30am Mondays Hatha Flow w/ Robin

Balanced Action Yoga

Well-balanced 1.5 hour session with a special focus on fluidity and dynamic movement as it applies to yoga. This course will help students build and maintain a strong foundation (both on and off the mat) using breath integration, functional movement, traditional yoga poses, and learning to access the myo-fascial (muscle and connective tissue) lines of the body. All levels are welcomed!  

10:30am Mondays Vinyasa Flow w/ Sabrina


Get on the mat & get STRONG

Join Sabrina for a fun and invigorating 1.5 hour flow class built on a series of postures connecting breath and movement.  Each class is energetic and dynamic in its own way, designed with different focus to develop strength, flexibility and core.  Leave each session feeling refreshed and energised! All levels are welcomed!

Balanced Action Yoga

8:30am Fridays Yin Yoga w/ Luana

Yin Yoga & Pranayama

Reduce stress and body tension in this 1.5 hour nourishing weekly session. Practice with the support of yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters, chairs and rest passively and comfortably in poses. Allow your body to release tension while bliss out to soothing music. Class finishes with pranayama (specific breathing techniques) and a short guided meditation before savasana (final rest). All levels are welcomed!
