Suzanne Vian, E-RYT 500 founded Vietnam’s first Internationally recognized yoga school (Saigon Yoga, est. 2003). She is an expert trainer with a keen sense of what each student needs to achieve great depth in their practice or as teachers. Suzanne has been a teacher / practitioner for going on 3 decades. She is a student of Ana Forrest and has taught more than 13,000 hours of yoga and mindfulness to students from around the world since 2003. Suzanne is actively involved in spreading yoga and mindfulness to youth as well as adults. She is a humanitarian and peace activist who was invited as the ambassador to represent Vietnam during the Global Peace Festival in Delhi, India (Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Art Of Living event) in 2011 which hosted 3.5 million attendees. Suzanne was voted “One of Asia’s Top Yoga Teachers” by Asia Spa Magazine in 2006, her schools (previously Saigon Yoga and now Jiva Yoga Saigon) have been featured in Luxe Guide among other publications nationally and abroad. Robin Shepard, E-RYT200, RYT500, RCYT

Robin shares her knowledge of over 2 decades of dedicated practice and teaching. A compassionate, challenging and articulate instructor, Robin deeply cares for students and their personal ad professional development. Robin was a devout Ashtanga practitioner for many years and a strong background in Vinyasa, Hatha & Iyengar and took her first 200 - hour Yoga Teacher with Suzanne. Robin has a gift for articulating information clearly, and for guiding aspiring teachers and trainees to understand what is happening in their own bodies and how to become successful teachers.


Sabrina Choo, RYT200

Sabrina rediscovered yoga back in 2014, through a very close friend who inspired her, till this day.  At that time, Sabrina was looking for a space where she could leave work stress behind and the yoga mat was her answer - she found brightness, harmony and joy.  Her interest and love for yoga grew since then, particularly with Vinyasa style of yoga. 

Sabrina is known for her energy and playfulness and she wishes to share that with her students - bringing light and joy to them. 


Luana Wagner, RYT200

Luana is a beautiful and loving human being who naturally helps and uplifts those around her. She is from Brazil and her passion for movement began in childhood. Lu discovered yoga in 2012 and has been on a journey of self discovery for a long time. She took her 200 - hour Yoga Teacher Training with Suzanne and it changed her life. Her goal is to unite her love of yoga and people, and to show others the way to connect to their true selves through yoga, breath, meditation and Reiki. Luana has lived in Asia for more than 15 years and embodies a Brazilian heart full of love and kindness.

Mei Chung, RYT200

Mei is from Austin, Texas and she started practicing yoga back in 2013 when she was living in Taiwan. She has a passion for inspiring and working with children. She soon found that yoga gave her the sense of peace and patience she needed to be a good teacher. She also fell in love with the practice, the fluid movement connected with the breath and an increased awareness of the patterns of the mind. Yoga inspires her to live each moment presently and mindfully. She completed her 200-hr yoga training at Jiva Yoga Saigon with Suzanne and it was a life changing experience. Mei seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind and soul with yoga and she hopes that her students will step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.


Mother of two little fur-kitties and powered by plants. Daphnée has been practicing yoga since 2010.  She started to come back to yoga everyday in 2017 and  discovered how to heal all her suffering in life by breathing slowly and deepen into the breath. As part of the inner transformational work she found sound healing, reiki and other alternative pathways for self-develop. This led her to incorporate the passion for art, movement, and music into the certificated 200hr YTT in Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga,  also a Sound Healing and second degree Shamballa Reiki. Her classes blend together alignment based flowing movements, incorporating posture, meditation and mindful cue words. Her teaching highlights the importance of finding balance in body, mind and spirit to live a joyful life.

She is passionate in helping people come home to themselves and to feel deeply nourished by finding harmony and calm in their minds and freedom in their bodies, away from the hectic nature of life in Saigon.
