Experience guided meditation 2-times a week with support for an established daily home practice.

About the course

Get steady with your practice of self inquiry and meditation over 6 weeks with people who are also working on this. You will have accountability and group support and learn a short daily meditation practice, the language of self understanding and how to apply your practice to yourself and in your life every day.
