  • CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

    Beginners to experienced practitioners are welcome to attend all of our classes. Easier and harder modifications of poses are presented throughout classes.

    Flow (60 or 90 minutes)

    A steady paced hatha vinyasa class to build energy. As in all of our classes, this session is suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners.

    Flow with Iyengar (90 minutes)

    An energetic class with rhythmic sun salutations, core work and holding poses throughout the session, to work out alignment and details of the body. We often use props like blocks and straps. Class finishes with pranayama (breathing techniques) and a short meditation before final rest.

    Flow with Kundalini (90 minutes)

    Intense breath work, core strength and dynamic asana followed by slow, deep, strengthening flow. There may be som focus on alignment of the body as needed or as is helpful. Class finishes with pranayama (specific breathing techniques) and a short meditation before savasana (final rest).

    Calm Flow (90 minutes)

    A slow paced, gentle class with sun salutations, twists, back bends, and forward folds to soothe your nervous system. Calming pranayama (specific breathing techniques) and a long savasana (final resting pose) will prepare you for bed time.

    Restorative (90 minutes)

    Reduce stress and body tension in this once a week super nourishing session, you will practice with the support of yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters, chairs and rest passively and comfortably in poses. Come and allow your body to release tension while bliss out to soothing music. Class finishes with pranayama (specific breathing techniques) and a short meditation before savasana (final rest).

    Kids Yoga (45 or 60 minutes)

    A nurturing class for building self confidence, strength and focus while building team spirit and sweet connections with class mates. Lots of partner work, chances to be in their most creative head spaces and lots of encouragement and opportunity to practice compassion towards self and class mates.

Monday Beginner Course w/ Robin Shepard RYT500, RCYT

8 classes, 8:30-10 am, April 15th-June 10th (April 29th off) - 1,500,000 VND for the course or drop in for 300,000 VND.

Tuesday Course- Balanced Action Yoga w/ Robin Shepard RYT500, RCYT

8 classes, 8:30-10 am, April 16th - June 11th (off on April 30th) - 1,500,000 VND for the course or drop in for 300,000 VND


Well-balanced class with special focus on fluidity and dynamic movement as it applies to yoga. This course will help students build and maintain a strong foundation (both on and off the mat) using breath integration, functional movement, traditional yoga poses, and learning to access the myo-fascial (muscle and connective tissue) lines of the body.

Tuesday Evening Beginner Course w/ Robin Shepard RYT500, RCYT

8 classes, 7-8:30 pm, April 16th-June 11th (April 30th off) - 1,500,000 VND for the course or drop in for 300,000 VND

Saturdays May Workshop Series-Come Out and Play w/ Robin Shepard RYT500, RCYT

4 classes, 10-Noon, Saturdays May 4/11/18/25 - Take all 4 sessions for 2,000,000 VND drop in at 750,000 VND


Playful and dynamic workshop-style class which incorporates functional movement, traditional and non-traditional yoga poses, and props. The goal of the class is to help students access and and strengthen core activations and body awareness, which can be applied to life on and off the mat. Come prepared to have fun and be ready for anything, from Handstand to Happy Baby.
